Herbert J. Heimerl III
Herb has been practicing law in the areas of general business and corporate law, real estate development, dispute resolution and estate planning since 1996. First as a partner in a prominent law firm in Buffalo, New York, and the past 13 years in the Teton counties of Idaho and Wyoming as well as New York. Herb has extensive experience in all areas of real estate and corporate law, finance, and dispute resolution. Herb has always volunteered in his community. While practicing law in Buffalo, Herb was a board member of several non-profit entities, including the nationally renowned Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center and the Buffalo Niagara Partnership which is he Western New York think-tank for stimulating economic growth and business development. Herb served nine years on the Board of the Community Foundation of Teton Valley which hosts the annual Tin Cup Challenge.
After visiting the Tetons for many years, Herb and his family decided to move to Teton County in 2007. In addition to practicing law, Herb enjoys backcountry skiing, biking, sailing, kitesurfing, golf, and tennis.
